Privacy Policy
This website has no accounts for visitors, no sign-up, no forms and no shop. There is nothing here to type your name into, so we do not have it. We set no cookies, run no advertising and sell nothing to anyone.
Who this covers
This policy covers artjewelrylb.com, the website of Art Jewelry (ART), a jewelry house from Lebanon. It covers this website only. Any shop, social account or messaging service we use carries that service's own policy.
What we collect
- Our own visitor count. The first time a page opens in your browser, the page asks this site for a one-time code and sends it straight back, and the site adds one to that day's number of visitors. No cookie is set and no page address, referrer or identifier is sent. To count each browser once a day, the server keeps a keyed fingerprint of the network address and browser under a key that changes daily and deletes it two days later. What stays is one number per day. Your browser then keeps one mark,
va.counted, so it is not counted again (see the Cookie Policy). If your browser sends Do Not Track, nothing is counted. - Page view counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics. Our hosting network counts how many times a page is opened, roughly where in the world from, which site sent the visitor, and how fast the page loaded. It sets no cookie, keeps no identifier and does not follow anyone to other websites.
- Server logs. Our hosting and delivery network records the ordinary details every web server records: the page asked for, the time, the result, the network address and the browser's user agent. These are used to keep the site online and secure, and they rotate out after a short operational window.
That is all. No name, email address, phone number or payment detail is asked for or stored by this website.
What we do not do
- No cookies, advertising pixels or retargeting.
- No cross-site tracking, profiling or automated decisions.
- No data sold, rented or shared with data brokers.
- No third-party fonts, widgets or embeds. The one script from outside this site is the cookieless page view count described above, and the page's security policy blocks anything else.
The admin area
The site has a private area for its owner at /admin. It holds no information about visitors beyond the counts described above.
Children
This website is not directed at children and asks nobody for anything, including their age.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, the EU and UK GDPR, Lebanon's Law No. 81 of 2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data, or similar laws give you the right to ask what is held about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to its use. You are welcome to use them. In practice this website holds nothing tied to you. Our lawful basis for the visitor counts and the server logs is legitimate interest: keeping the site running and knowing whether it is read. Neither identifies you.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, from a delivery network with locations in many countries. Its pages carry a strict content security policy and cannot be placed inside another website's frame.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The version number in the footer shows which release of the site you are reading.
